It is high time that we share more details about the preparations for the #HostVikingLarp Episode IV with you. A roadmap seems to be a practical solution. We will work diligently to meet these deadlines and keep you informed every step of the way. Specific dates will be announced through various channels to keep you informed.

● First half of September  – Release of the Design Document & Players’ Guide. This will provide you with all the essential information you need to get started or continue to play.

●  Second half of September – Ticket price announcement. Ticket presale begins. Pre-sale applies to all returning players. Be ready to secure your spot in this exciting event!

●  Beginning of October – End of the presale / Start of regular ticket sales. If you missed the presale, don’t worry, you still have a chance to get your tickets.

●  Second Half of October – NPC Roster Part I. Discover the first wave of non-player characters that will be part of our immersive experience.[Publication will proceed once we reach the required minimum number of participants (60)]

●  Mid-November – Costume Guide. Detailed guidelines to help you prepare your outfits and jump into the #Vikings #LARP world [Publication will proceed once we reach the required minimum number of participants (60)]

●  Mid-January – NPC Roster Part II. Meet the remaining NPCs that will bring our Viking’s world to life. [Publication will proceed once we reach the required minimum number of participants (60)]

●  End of March 2025 – End of the ticket sales period. Make sure you have your tickets by this date to join the adventure.
